Use the Cut Settings to control the speed of any Quality of Etch, Scribe, or Water-Only entities encountered in the tool path. Each speed is unavailable until a related entity is in the selected tool path.
Etch Speed
Defines the maximum speed in which any entity assigned Quality of Etch will move at.
Scribe Speed
Defines the maximum speed in which any entity assigned Quality of Scribe will move at.
Water Only Speed
Defines the maximum speed in which any entity assigned Quality of Water Only or Water Only Slit will move at.
The maximum speed that can be entered depends on what maximum X/Y speed for the machine is allowed. If you enter a value above the maximum X/Y speed of the machine, the box changes to yellow, indicating an error. This setting can be changed in Advanced/Administrator Setup. However, it is recommended that you change it under the direction of OMAX Customer Support.

The pause point mimics pressing the pause button at the exact specified position. Once the pause is started, the machine must decelerate to a stop, meaning that the actual position where the machine comes to a rest will be past the specified point. How far past is determined by how fast the machine was moving at the moment the pause point was reached, as well as the hardware deceleration settings specified in the Advanced / Administrator Setup screen.
Clear all Pause Points
Removes ALL pause points inserted into the path.
