The MAKE software controls operation of the GlobalMAX abrasivejet
MAKE is installed on the computer connected to the waterjet controller. This computer sends the motor control commands that moves the nozzle and controls the flow of abrasive and high-pressure water.
A secondary purpose of MAKE is to make off-line part time estimates, job quoting, and reporting. It is not necessary to be connected to an GlobalMAX to use these features; it can be done conveniently using your desktop or laptop computer.
The GlobalMAX display screen is divided into these main areas:
Part Display Area
Nozzle Position Controls
Machining Controls
Statistics with
System Status information.
